HEMP INNERCISE EXPERIENCE
Innercise Yoga is an advocate of hemp products for health. Cannabis is plant medicine from the earth utilized to aid with stress, anxiety, sleep, muscle aches, migraines, and more. The concept of combining yoga practice with hemp products is about as natural as it gets, as both aid in wellness and relaxation. Join me for a special yoga class and soothing mini soundbath at Native Ceuticals for International Yoga Day!
